A look at their costumes, while they are well made it reminds me of a junior year illustration student who just retired their Deviant Art account is looking to go commercial with their "character development" illustrations. They are visually amazing and confound the mind I mean, look at this:
What the fuck was that??? Seriously, I know there is a person in there behind pounds of latex, but I believe in my primal brain that this creature is not of this earth. Also, this is the girl of the band, and yes she does play the keyboard. Wha Wha~*
That's the point I guess. Even in the band bio on their website they state their philosophy "to be the kind of band you want to see on stage, and play the kind of music you want to rock out to."
Entertaining, and celebrating of their own cheesiness Lordi is amazing. They are the Andrew W.K. of visual rockers.

His accent is adorable! I want to picnic with Lordi, just remember they love nothing more than relaxing with a nice Dr.Pepper or bottled water with Emergen-C. Monsters need nutrients too, especially when on tour.
